Hi!

đ€ ARE EMPLOYERS BEING âCHATâFISHED?
Since it launched in November â22, everyone everywhere all at once has been talking about ChatGPT, a large language model-based chatbot, notable for its ability to generate coherent responses to user requests. Itâs a surreal time for French speakers, as phonetically in French âChat GPTâ sounds similar to chat, jâai pĂ©tĂ© or âcat I fartedâ.
Much to the delight of French schoolchildren, parents, presenters and politicians have been solemnly saying âcat, I fartedâ, over and over, as they discuss how this novel technology is going to change everything.
Cross-culture humour aside, schoolchildren are loving AI-enabled chatbots for a very different reason. Depending on the teacher you talk to, theyâre either powerful study tools or epic cheating engines ...

Summary: Fyma turns any CCTV camera into a smart sensor to generate data and insights that help customers unlock the full potential of their commercial real estate.
In just a few minutes, Fyma's artificial intelligence software can be installed and set up to collect data instantly, making it one of the fastest Proptech solutions on the market to deploy. The data is used to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve user experiences in the built environment.
By repurposing existing camera infrastructure, Fyma negates the need to install lots of sensors. In addition, they reduce end-of-life decommission costs and fully utilise feeds, which previously sat idle 99% of the time.
Fyma saves on staffing costs, makes developments safer, reduces customer wait times, reduces carbon footprints, and saves millions on new developments.
Customer Testimonial: âFyma's cutting-edge AI-powered solution has completely transformed how we understand the movement of people and vehicles across our Park. Utilising our existing camera infrastructure made the set up super simple and efficient⊠[They] enabled us to gather and analyse data with unprecedented accuracy and speed. - Mark Mildren, White Rose Office Park
đŁ âIS AI THE NEW ATOMIC BOMB?â
âYou keep saying âworriedâ. Why do you use the word âworriedâ? Iâm not worried.âÂ
This is what Ted Shelton said to me on the first episode of the Chasing Elephants podcast. He is an AI expert with years of experience and truckloads of knowledge on the topic, and heâs excited by the future that AI presents.
So why was I worried?
I couldnât help but feel the dynamic of a patient and a doctor in our conversation. The qualified professional was essentially saying, âItâs fineâ, but the unqualified patient was saying, âThis isnât going to kill me, is it?â
